but most photoshops are the basically same
you'll need a basic understanding of photoshop to do this
step 1 - open up your image and duplicate it twice, then delete the bottom or "background" layer so it looks like this
step 2 - make sure after you do that you click back on the top layer the one your going to work on.
step 3 - you'll most likely want to make this picture black and white so the color orbs stand out more,
so go ahead and go up to IMAGE > Then choose ADJUSTMENTS > Then choose DESATURATE
step 4 - you may want to play with the "contrast" or "curves" to get the background nice and dark, and your subject lighter, i usually use curves
step 5 - now go to your "basic brushes" and choose the soft brush about size 300 or so
step 6 - create a new layer and set it to "screen"
step 7 - choose your colors and in a visually appealing way, start placing your brushes onto the new layer
step 8 - you may want to set the layer to "linear dodge" instead of "screen", try it and see which suits you better
step 9 - add text, save and your done!
